Our first recommendation is is to start Journaling. Whether you choose to record video or audio, type or handwrite, the object is to be consistent to get the best results. For some, journaling is an effective way to purge your thoughts, questions, and concerns. Getting everything on paper can lighten the mental load and provide clarity.
